"Bonafide" Ocean View Cottage

2 Bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen) with air conditioning and ceiling fans/2Bathrooms/Living Room with 18,000 BTU split unit AC and ceiling fans and with fully equipped open Kitchen, satellite t.v., outside portable bbq, land phone! A tropical, self contained house for those who prefer a more non-resort vacation on their own in the peace and quiet! Has a fabulous, panoramic view from the top of the hill overlooking the town of Seymours, Horizon Bay and the Cape Santa Maria Beach!

The kitchen has a large refrigerator, gas stove and oven, toaster, microwave and is fully equipped with utensils.

Includes 2 sets of bed linens and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Includes: 3 days of guided Bonefishing with Docky, 7 nights in the Bonafide Cottage, Use of a rental car for the entire stay!

**NOTE: There is no washer or dryer at the bungalow – however, there is a laundry at the Stella Maris Marina!

MONTHLY RENTAL PRICE: $2200,-- per month, rental car is seperate based on type of car and availability

PLUS 6% Government Tax

PLUS Electricity @ .50 per KW

Additional nights @ 1/6 of weekly rate

Getting Here:

Stella Maris airport is an Airport with "Port of Entry", with Bahamas Customs and Immigration, has a 4000' paved runway, and is a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) managed by Hawkline with services including Av-Gas.

Stella Maris Resort Guests may book the hotel arranged service: Nassau-Stella Maris @ $130,-- per person/per way! If not staying at the Resort, one can still ask about availability of seat rates, or enquire about charter rates.
